You have to be careful of the false authority logical fallacy. The reason for Nassar and Markus being accused of synthol is it is blatantly obvious they have. But i do these all the time, they are a great exercise.

Flase authority...using two not necessarily silimar events to support a conclusion, for example, your sentence :

[quote=fahad]hey guys have u ever noticed that most of the people who does behind the neck press usually have bige shoulders....QUOTE]

This would be a false authority. Behind the back pulldowns are not necessarily the reason for the guys you mentioned having big shoulders. For example, too many people use this with regards to supplements. Ex. Jay Cutler and Chris Cormier are huge, Jay Cutler and Chris Cormier use Cell Tech, therefore Cell Tech will make you huge.

You are right though, Markus and Nassar have used synthol, i will attach some pics.

To get back on to the original topic here, I think behind the neck shoulder presses, if done properly, are great. The bad part with these is that your form could get pretty bad and you can seriously damage your shoulder, which is why I like using the smith machine. People just have to train smart when doing them, like anything else, and use good form, and they should be fine.

I know quite a few who has ended up damaging their shoulders, while trying to do behind neck press in the smith machine.
Your body are not allowed to perform in its natural "movement" while doing almost anything in smith machines.
Behind neck press do not target any muscles that you couldn't target doing the presses in front of you.

Hope my English doesn't suck too much.
