i dont think hes as big as me.....some skiny guys actully no more than me so size doesnt matter....and Johnny Bravo has defntly made a great progress and hes big a well

Correction, size does not necessarily correlate with knowledge. Ive talked with pros who are total morons with anything training and nutrition, ive also talked to some who know their shit.

and by total morons i mean know nothing outside train hard and eat a lot of protein.

Very true,
I was one of those who was scared to do behind the neck presses for delts because I "heard" from "experts" it's bad for you well screw that I learned to not always listen to these so called "experts" and do what feels right and I have been doing behind the neck presses and seeing huge gains in strenth, fullness and even vascularity in my shoulders I never had before.

hey .. it's the same with deadlifts or squaut .. you may hurt your self .. also the lower back is more important than the rotater cuff .. if you lost it .. you will end up with wheel chairs :) .. so all i'm trying to say is doning the exersice correctly can prevent u from taking risk :)
