First off i noticed that you are canadian.. go give a shout out on the thread i made.. lol

jk as far as fat loss.. i would totally concentrate on weight training, diet and cardio.. sure there are great benefits to just running.. but think about this for a second..
when you do cardio.. your burning calories while your performing the act of cardio. so to speak.. so when your done running.. your done burning fat..
when you train with weight.. your muscle is being built up and acts just like a fire place.. when you put a log on the fire "log being food"and " fire being muscle"
you will constantly be burning fat.. so look at it this way.. with that combination.. of cardio.. good diet and muscle building.. your most definetely gonna loose the weight...
lift that iron brother.. oh and abs 2 times a week is more then enough
