I think i have a stable diet now that will allow fat loss. What advice can you guys give on exercise. For a guide, i have a 42 inch waist. I thought i would try to run 4 times a week and do abs every other day, is that enough? What else should I do?

DOing abs every day is going to help much. There is no such thing as spot fat removal. Just tarin abs like you do every muscle, os once a week probbaly. Though they are a fast heling muscle group, training them twice a week is fine to. Though training abs isn't going to give you a smaller waist. Dieeting and cardio does. Good luck!

First off i noticed that you are canadian.. go give a shout out on the thread i made.. lol jk as far as fat loss.. i would totally concentrate on weight training, diet and cardio.. sure there are great benefits to just running.. but think about this for a second..

when you do cardio.. your burning calories while your performing the act of cardio. so to speak.. so when your done running.. your done burning fat..

when you train with weight.. your muscle is being built up and acts just like a fire place.. when you put a log on the fire "log being food"and " fire being muscle"
you will constantly be burning fat.. so look at it this way.. with that combination.. of cardio.. good diet and muscle building.. your most definetely gonna loose the weight...

lift that iron brother.. oh and abs 2 times a week is more then enough

All your life they will say you're not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you're the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or be this or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no's become meaningless. All your life they will tell you no, quite firmly and very quickly.
AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES."

In faith there is enough light for those who want to believe and enough shadows to blind those who don't.

Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin. God lifts you up, takes you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff, including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see.
