Training Split!!!

Right now, my training split is as follow:

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs (Calves)
Thursday: Shoulders & Arms

What I'm thinking about doing is:

Monday: Chest & Abs
Tuesday: Back & Calves
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Off
Friday: Legs (Calves) & Abs
Saturday: Shoulders & Arms

Or I was thinking about a training split that includes doing two bdyparts a day. Any recommendations from you guys?!?

i would say put delts and arms on friday and legs and abs on Saturday...so like that u will arms espacilly your triceps will have more time 2 recover so when u come 2 do the pressing movments for chest on monday u will b stronger....good luck....

or if u want 2 try another split try this....

1) Delts, Triceps
2) Back, Traps, Abs
3) OFF
4) Chest, Biceps, Forearms
5) Quads, Hams, Calves
6) OFF
7) OFF or repeat the cycle from day 1......

i think this is a good split, but i would switch day 5 and 4. this way, you are allowing your shoulders more time to rest, since you use some of you shoulders for bench press movements, same reason with triceps.

if he follows this split ethir ways he will give his delts 3 days rest like if u he does delts,triceps on day 4 he will have day 5,6,7 2 recover...plus who said that recovery isnt good.....but honstly i have seen alot better gains from hitting each bodypart twice a week than once......hut some people will tell u g 2 MACKDONALDS and ill tell u go 2 BURGER KING but may b u like KFC cuz it works for u...lol....u get my point.....i mean c wut works for u the best.....
