Calves are just like any other muscle, they grow when stressed, but it's just that they can take A LOT, which people usualy don't put them through. You can eyther work them every day with a few sets, or just a couple times a week with shitloads of volume (Arnold did 15 sets, twice a week). Or you can always try rest-pause and super slow negatives (doggcrapp style)., this will work well too. |
