i don't know how to do it in cable .. but for a dumbell i did it like arnold in that pic .. but becarefull bro .. don't use heavy wieght .. i remmeber using heavy weight and feel a sharp pain in my shoulder .. then friend of mine is phseotharapist told me that i have an inflammation in the tendon of long head of the biceps .. after that i never did that exersice anymore
