am thinking 2 try the lying side laterals but with the cable virsion...actully i tried them b4 and if u bring the cable in the middle i mean to your side and not front or back u gonna feel it like crazy.......

i don't know how to do it in cable .. but for a dumbell i did it like arnold in that pic .. but becarefull bro .. don't use heavy wieght .. i remmeber using heavy weight and feel a sharp pain in my shoulder .. then friend of mine is phseotharapist told me that i have an inflammation in the tendon of long head of the biceps .. after that i never did that exersice anymore

u mean the exercsie caused inflammation in your tendon of long head of the biceps...cuz i remember when i did it with the cable virsion i also felt sharp pain...almost same feeling with dumbels but with the cable i felt it more...

yeah .. but you can do it by using light wieght .. you feel it better on the muscle and not the joints .. but every time i try to lift the dumbells up .. i feel the pain on my shoulder .. so i wouldn't do anymore

Yeah, lying laterals will kill you if done heavy. It's just too hard for the r/c to keep the shoulder in place in such a tight angle, you'll get hurt sooner or later. But done with moderate weight it can be a great exercise for both mass and r/c health (it works the **** out of the supraspinatus).
