When I need grip strength the most it fails me or simple steals time from me.
Example: Partial deadlifts: My back can handle up to 600 pounds but my grip won't allow me to do more then one at a time. My thought is to find straps with a proper metal hook to help me.
Any thoughts??
Take into consideration that workouts outside of my 4 days a week, 2-3 hour workouts are not going to happen.

How about straps with wrist supports? They work pretty well for me?(maybe youve already thought of these...but thought I would suggest them!)

I think you should get some type of strap that people have posted in here. But, I still think you should do some movements to work on your grip or else your grip strength will never get better.

I try to use my grip on as many sets/exercises as poss to improve grip strength but I've had to start using straps on my deadlift too. I agree you should try and improve your grip strength, but not at the sake of comprimising gains on the big muscle exercises.

Static holds/farmer walks, at least twice a week, 3-4 sets of 15 seconds (use a weight that you simply drop at the 16th second). That'll build your grip (and grow your forearms, too!)
