Hey there Mainevent! Do door jam pull-ups, Push ups between with your hands and feet on chairs.(you can go to the negative this way.), Squat jumps, lunge jumps, push ups on a ball(basketball/soccer ball etc.), plenty of low back/ab exercises you can do, wall/box jumps. Like GORT said, use household items..ie buckets, cans whatever to do shoulder raises, curls etc. You can buy a dumbell set from Walmart for pretty cheap and you will always have it in case this happens again.
