how long do u guys rest between sets?
and between different exercises?

also i went on this site to check out some workout plans and this is one of them
Monday: Chest/Shoulders

Chest
• Decline Smith Presses: 2 Sets x 12 Reps
• Flat Hammer Presses: 4 Sets x 25 Reps
• Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 3 Sets To Failure

Front/Side Delts
• Seated Dumbbell Presses: 1 Set x 25 Reps
• Reverse EZ Bar Presses: 1 Set To Failure
• Seated Dumbbell Side Laterals: To Failure

dont people take like 2-5 hours in the gym in a day? this plan looks like it will take maybe an hour or am i wrong?

its better 2 start with an incline first in your chest workout and do dumbell side laterals for your shoulders and time long workout r bad cuz after 1 hour and 15 mins. your testestrone level goes down so its about quality not quantity...

on the main lifts (squat, flat bench, deadlift and military press) i rest max 2 minutes. On all other lifts I rest anywhere from 60-90 seconds. when doing abs I only rest for 30-40 seconds. But, what are you going for? Your reps seem pretty high. Normally I stay between 6-8 reps. At the highest I go 12 which is normally a warm up set more than anything. And, sometimes Ill go down to reps of 4, just in the main lifts for a last set.

I just go with what feels right but my workouts stretch from 1.25hours to 2 hours and i'll take that into note about the testosterone.
