I wasnt to sure how to go about this with the wrestling practice(preseason no running just wrestling getting back in teh grove)
but i came up with this
any suggestions would be great
Monday
Dead lift 5x5
Military Press 2x6
Tuesday
wrestling practice
Wednesday
Power clean 8x2
Thursday
Wrestling
Friday
ATG squats EME Style
You do 10 total sets, not counting warm ups.
1 set, 10 reps.
2nd set, take the weight up 10 lbs and do 9 reps,
3rd set, take the weight up 10 lbs and do 8 reps...
etc, etc.. All the way to the 10th set of 1 rep.

Speed Bench 9x3
Close Grip Bench 2x6
Hammergrip pullup 3xfaliure
