I only have my ghetto work out station in my backyard and can't do any cable exercises. Do you think close grip bench, Over head extensions, Dumbbell Kickbacks and skull crushers are enough for my triceps? If you don't can you recommend some exercises that don't include cables?

The close grip bench presses you mentioned are my basic triceps movement. It has worked great for me. I also occasionally use dips to finish my triceps work; it gives me a great pump.
