And it's Captain of Crush. If you're serious about grip training get the trainers (I think they're called that) to get started (even if they're easy, you can use them as warm up) and a number 1. You probably will get a good workout out of the number one. Once you get more than ten reps on it, buy the number 2. If you train hella hard, you may eventualy reach the number 3 and, who knows, if you have some kind of insane genetics, you may actualy get to close the four with a (literaly) bone-crushing grip. But, seriously, don't expect to get past the second anytime soon. |
