how long should you train?

jst wondering how long you should train? in my current programme iam finding tht im training for about an hour and half, however some people i talk to in my gym say im training to long and should only be training 45mins to an hour at most, but i find tht jst now im seeing alot of gains in fact some of the best gains since i started training, it is jst frustrating tht these people have me doubting myself! wat do uz thk any otha tips would be appreciated.

Go with what works, I notice that an hour is just about right for my training length, perhaps a bit longer. Ignore those people who tell you off about it.

work out how long you want man. its whatever works for you. i personally only train for 45 min to an hour tops.

i am shot after about 40 minutes of training, but that is for one body part with heavy weights and low reps. After a good few years of training i have found that works for me.

If longer training works for you keep doing it. You know your body better than anybody else.

I workout 1 to 1.5 hours but then im old school and i have experimented allot and found out what works best for me.
But the general rule is none more than 1.5 hour, cus after that the body stops producing testosteron.

i usually train for about 1.5 - 2 hrs.
i find its what works.

I train one body party at max 40-45 minutes. Overall, as far as lifting, im in the gym at most 1 hour and 20 minutes. If you count stretching out and warming up its more like 1 hour and 45 minutes.

i heared that after 1 hour and 15 mins. your testestrone level goes down....but i usually train for 2 hours per session.......

2 hours? no good man, take it down to max 1 hour and 30 min...

i do aerobics and i try to do it all in 1 hour and 30. its hard but training for 2 hours is insane.. ull ruin more than ull build, the workout will lose the intensity and become useless.

try to cut it down a lil.

the worst thing 2 do budy is doing both weight training and cardio in the same session....i do cardio seperetly...
