Medicine Balls

Im thinking about getting one but i have a couple questions

What wieght should i get
Should it be boncy or no

were can i get the cheapest price

ill be using this medicine ball for pylometrics

I would say the weight would depend on what type of movements you will be doing. I mean there is so much you can do w/ those its tough to say what type of poundage you should get.

ive never seen a medicine ball at walmart. only exercise balls. maybe try stealing one from school that is if your still in school

I have bought 2 at Walmart in the past 6 months. Not sure?? Maybe they dont all have them.

the walmart here was one of the first ones. a real small store with not much stuff. no service garage or nothing

I got a 10lb medicine ball from Models. It was an Everlast... and boy did it not last at all. It was good for a while, but it was sand filled......sand fits thru little holes real easily. I would not recommend it.
