hey guys i found this good exersice for the upper chest...its basicly dumbell shrugs on an incline bench....but make sure that the incline bench is low enough and hold the dumbells as tho u r holding a barbell with an overhand grip and shrug u the db and try to contract your upper chest and on the way down u should feel a good stretch in your upper chest...i mean i think that this is a good isolation to do it near the end of your chest workout...anyways give it a try and tell me wut ya think.... ......

although this seems like it will place lots of stress on the shoulder joint and i got a messed up rotator cuff so lookin back. i dont think ill try it

i agree. i wouldnt do that workout just b/c it sounds like hell on the shoulders. just thinkin about it makes my shoulders hurt

hey bro when i do it i dont feel pain in my shoulder joint but may b u r diffrent...i mean u dont have 2 try it with 100 pound dumbells..u can try it with as lil as 10 pound dumbells...after all i think that bodybuilding is all about experincing thing and c wut works and wut doest work for ya....god bless.. ....

over the past few years ive put my right shoulder out of place, strained a few ligaments in my right shoulder and have strained ligaments in my left shoulder so many times i cant even remember all of them. i used to play baseball, thats how all that happened. im just really careful when it comes to my shoulders. thats why i wouldnt do them, i also like to stay basic so i probably wouldnt try them either way...no offense or anything

im not understanding hte exercise. you put a bench on and incline, then lay on your back, then grap dumbells and shrug them up with the chest?

ya but u should hold the dumbells like when u hold the barbell with an overhand grip and not at your side like not pron...and when u shrug them u should contract your upper chest and not your traps and at the bottm u atumaticaly gonna feel the stretch in your upper chet..... .....
