hey guys i just got a bench at home and i was wondering if i cud just get big off the basic compound movements, like bench, bb row, curls, squats etc? got any other excercises i could do for bodyparts with just a basic bench and weights?

You could do military presses or clean & jerk, skull crushers, deadlifts, upright row, if you can find a corner where ever you have your equipment you could do rows w/ a v-bar in the corner. Of course you would have to buy a v-bar. And yes you can get big from just doing compound movements, if you ask me thats the best way to add mass and strength. Since your training is limited, I would do more sets for each workout. Be careful lifting at home. I used to do that and developed some bad habits. Luckily, they didnt hurt me at all.

wut bad habits did u have? told i did bench incline, and decline and dunno wut else to do...and wut can i do for bak? rows...wut else? and wut more variations cud i do for shoulders? etc...

you can do for chest :
bench press and incline if the bench has the ability of inclination .. and decline too

for back :
deadlift
BB Row
T-Bar with V handle

for arms :
curls and extentions

for legs :

squat ( either front or back )
lunges
for shoulder :
militiry press , wide grip upright row and shrugs

even for calfs you can do standing calfs raise

bad habits..not going down far enough for my squats and leaning forward too much. leaning forward when doing deadlifts. stuff like that. i know it doesnt sound like much but i could have developed some back problems.

yeah it's not a compound movment .. but it's great doing it bu bars to add beef in your arms

wut reps and sets should i do with compound movements since i have limited variations of excercises?
