What do you guys think is better? Having the decline pretty steap, w/ no weight or, having less of a decline and adding weight?

^^^^ thats gross, neways do whatever is harder, i like using weights because i hate doing sit-ups ad nauseum. they get old and the using weights gives a better burn

doin more of an decline works best for me. I like the ones where u can be upside down vertical to the ground. like Rocky style
