After my biceps workout i did 40 minutes of cardio... now im asking this question since the workout took me pretty alot of time... i mean somewhere around 1:40... now it wasnt only biceps and aerobics it was abs too etc'

now i thought about moving the aerobics to another training session of the shoulders and triceps since i feel bad after biceps + aerobics i dont know why, its like the muscle is getting too worn out or something like that cant explain...

what do you think?

Try doing your cardio later in the day. Say you go and lift, then go home and eat a meal and like an hour later do cardio....maybe? idk, just a thought. When I do cardio, I'll either walk on a treadmill, or my higher intensity training is on the stationary bike.
