i just started doing a power
matrix workout for my bench. it's like a drop set program you do 8 of a low weight, 12, 5,5 3,2, and finally 1 rep at close to max. first i was wondering if i should just go through it once or more, and should i mix it up and do that once and do some db stuff next chest day? if you want i can put the full workout on here, i just have to steal the sheet from the Y. let me know what you think...
