the honest truth... is i have no idea how this thread made it to page 3!!! this is the most dumiest thread i have ever taken part of, it must be somthing about masterbation that ppl cant get enough of, and when i say ppl, i mean myself!

im not sure. but ive heard that if u actually bust you lose test. the person said if you were to have your **** played with by sum chick and not go, youd have a better work out. then you gotta worry bout blue balls.lol.

In contrast, although plasma testosterone was unaltered by orgasm, higher testosterone concentrations were observed following the period of abstinence. These data demonstrate that acute abstinence does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males.

look guys don't have pro. info about masturbation , but i know that it have bad effect in ur nervous system , make ur hand shake while workouts and too much masturbation make u lose ur weight.. and about this guys that say it's good to drink your own **** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know give me a clue or reasonable answer plz.., ,, all i know that u need to store more and more test in ur body not waist it .. and i got another question about the components of the CUM do it includes protiens ? plz i'll be waiting 4 ur answers , and if anybody knows important websites about this subject just write it .

Yup. hey wut if u play with your **** but u dont ejaculate...does it still hurt???..like actually i can masterbate and get an orgasm but not ejaculate...seriously...but am still gonna loose testosterone or wut??? :xmasbiggr ........

An orgasm isn't defined by an ejaculation. Ejaculating is simply a result of the orgasm (although one can happen without the other). So the chemical response to the orgasm still occours, testosterone still drops, estrogen (and cortisol?) still raises, it's still not good to do before a workout.

I would just like to say, the guys they say don't do it before training are correct and the longer you don't blow ie days the better off you are, ok that said I am out of here by.
