I love all these exercises (I love to row, period). They're all very good (and very fun! ), but I have to pick one. And I like all of them, and they're all about as effective. So which do you guys advise me to pick?

I know, this is for finishing up my next routine. I already have deads, bb rows and pull ups, but now I want something to add a little more volume.

if its at the end of your workout then definetly go with cable rows and just blast the shit out of your back like 3 sets of 15+ plus then once your done that grab onto something real solid like one of the bars on a machine then lean back and just fucken stretch your lats as much as possible

I don't know, I'm not a huge fan of high reps (plus I love seing loads of plates moving around ). I'll give it some thought (still got some months before I do this new routine, I got me a modified westside to do first, I'm just planning ahead), and in the meanwhile hear some more opinions.

BB rows are best...and u can also do standing DB Rows (two arms) with your elbows out not in and bring the db 2 your lower chest with this type of elbows out thingy i can feel a strong stretch in my lats at the bottom and a strong contraction at the top of the movment...it just like when u do db press for chest but for back u will need 2 stand up and bent over 2 do it or u can do it on an incline bench.....when it comes 2 db rows ill say hands down to 1 arm db rows cuz it takes twice the energy and time and hands up 2 2 arm db rows cuz they r more effective....look at it this way like would u usually do 1 arm db press for chest...usually not then the samething sould appliy to db rows for back....

(after some struggling to translate that) What do you mean standing db rows? Like upright rows? Or with your elbows back (eyther way, it doesn't do much for the lats)?

And I do one-arm db rows because they work the (rear) delts more.
