Hello all,
I have been lifting for about 1 year and i think its time to trim down. I have been on different forums and i have heard cardio in the morning on an empy stomach is the best way to lose fat and retain muscle mass. Yet i have heard that doing cardio in the afternoon/evening is a waste of time. When is the best time to do cardio?

Best time to do cardio is when you have time! Most people do agree that cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is best, as a matter of fact I have heard this so many times you would think it is the only time to do it. Be careful doing too much cardio however, do you want to have a runner or bodybuilder physique ?
