so far i've been able to stay away from cardo machs while bulking up..it takes me 45mins to walk to the gym so i decided to see if that would be anoth to hold me until dec26 which then i'll start 30mins every three days on cross trainer..
then or around jan1 i'll see if im able to wear a tank top to the gym and spend jan thru may slowly shreading up abit..im only going to allow my body fat to drop to around 10%..doctors orders..he tells me to leave the very low fat % to the younger guys..right now im 252ibs 18%fat....lots of lean beef on my diet..
because he told me that being in your 40's and going down to 3% is risky...i know that people like ronnie do it,,but at what cost?? im keeping my self no less then 10% next summer..for my size and hieght i should look pretty good..have decided today i will try 30mins on the cross trainer a couple times aweek because i know with thanksgiving and christmas coming up i'll be stuffing my face with pie and other goodies..
