alright when i do dumbell bench i let my arms drop as far as they can to get a good stretch , i have been doing this for some time and recently i started getting this pulling feeling in my left sholder when i let the wight go down , its a feeling like something is pilling that sends a pain from my sholder to my elbow.. does anyone know what i shoud do to stop that or what i could be doing wrong ...i go kinds slow so i know i have pretty good form....

You might want to try to switch up your chest exercise for a while. I have had shoulder problems doing flat bench since my college days, so I switched up to incline dumbell presses. They let me work the chest pain free and growth is better all aorund.

like everyone else said, your probably going down too far. you want to go until you feel the stretch in your chest and thats it. Which should be just about as far down as when you do BB bench. Have someone keep an eye on you to make sure you are not going down too far.
