i deliver milk. its like a 14 hour workout. your whole body gets hit; traps, forearms, upper and lower back , chest, quads, hams , calves, shoulders. sometimes biceps depending on how your carrying something. i feel like because of my job im not making the gains id like to make from working out but on the otherhand, i got so much stronger and wider from doing it, especially in the shoulders and my chest got stronger from having to push 2600lb skids around |
