That's Pyrros Dimas, absolutely insane. Check out the speed on the split jerk. Just incase you guys were wondering, thats a 330 pound snatch, 374 pound clean & jerk, and 440 front squats done like it was 135.

He's an olympic lifter. What did you expect? Those guys train solely for sheer power.

Just watched the rest of the vid, and yeah it's damn impressive. At 170(?) he's playing around (literaly) with twice his own weight.

Before I started BBing I used to be in a smiliar boat as that guy.

When I was 17 in HS I used to weigh 145lbs w/ a bench of 300lbs, DL was sort of weak compared to bench but it was about 280lbs and squat was 370lbs.

After I started BBing and gained up to 175lbs my lifts are no where as impressive.

That guy is simply incredible.
