I respect all of your opinions, and I am interested in knowing whether my routine has any major problems, or if it seems solid. I know it’s not perfect, and I will be completely forthright in posting everything and only the things that I do.

If there is anything major that I’m doing wrong or not including, or if you guys just have any comments, please let me know. Thanks guys.


Day 1:
Bench Press
Incline Dumbell Press
Dumbell Bench Press
Reverse Tricep Extension
Tricep Pressdown

Day 2:
Dumbell Curl
EZ Bar Curl
Concentration Curl
Squat
Leg Extension

Day 3:
Rest

Day 4:
Pullup
Pulldown
One Arm Dumbbell Row
Leg Curl

Alternating Day 4
Deadlift
Shrug
One Arm Dumbbell Row
Leg Curl

Day 5:
Rest

Day 6:

Rest or Repeat Depending on Soreness

I change up my routine every 2-4 months as needed
