I respect all of your opinions, and I am interested in knowing whether my routine has any major problems, or if it seems solid. I know it’s not perfect, and I will be completely forthright in posting everything and only the things that I do.

One Arm Dumbbell Row

Deadlift

One Arm Dumbbell Row

Rest or Repeat Depending on Soreness
