Anyone ever tried like a half press/fly movement for DB's? Basically you lower the DB's as you would for a regular press (With the DB's in line with the shoulders) then you kind of squeeze your pecs up and twist the DB's into a fly motion at the top with the DB's facing each other.
I've seen videos with Lee Haney and King Kamali doing it this way, but I've never tried it. Just looking to mix things up and was wondering if anyone ever tried it... |
