I have a the birth defect called Pectus Excavactum does anyone have any idea how to help my chest fill in the gap?

Eat? You must not know what it is apparently. It’s where you have a dip in your chest and the bottom of your ribs stick out a little. If you do a Google you can come across pics

I was just reading up on the subject. I saw several articles that said bodybuilding exercises wont alter the ribs and cartilage of the chest wall(in the case of pectus excavatum). Which definitely makes sense to me. But, Im sure that any exercises you do for your chest...bench, flyes, dips, pullovers would increase the muscle mass in the area. Good luck Silversky. :)
