Hi, i got these schedules from a serie of dvd's

CHEST
#1 incline bench press
5 sets --> 12 reps, then 10, then 8, 2x 6 reps while moving up the weight when decreasing the reps, you guys get it.

#2 bench bress
6, 6, 10

#3 decline dunbell press
8, 8, 10

#4 machine press
10, 10

#5 dunbell flyes
8, 8, 10

making a total of 16 sets

Most other muscles groupes are +- worked the same way, 5 excersises and same amount of reps per excersise.

for example:
SHOULDERS
#1 barbell press
#2 dunbell press
#3 fromt raises
#4 laterial raises
#5 reverse flyes

Biceps and triceps have 4 excersises instead of five

Btw I always mix excerises up, change order, or use strip sets, negatives or do another excerise for the same group to changes things up.

I was wondering if I did perhaps too many sets, when compared to most other people, I seem to do way more. Should I could cut down some sets, and if so where in shedule could I drop them? One of the reasons i was wondering if I was doing to much, is that ive heard your workout shouldn't be longer than an hour, and an hour and a half max due to cortisol issues, and im ussualy busy for 2 hours.

Im all natural, dont know if it has something to do with it, but ive think i have read somethimes people with roids do more sets.

anyway i train 4-5 times a week, usually 1 group a day, biceps and triceps usually toghther, and after legs i do 8 sets for calves excerises and after back 8 for traps.

all help would be appreciated!

for shoulders u could get away with one pressing movement with the front raises, ....bi's and tri's i do about 12 sets total each....i personally like 2-on, 1-off, 2-on, 1-off.....and im still natural and it seems to work good for me
