This site is unbelievable. It lists all muscles, anatomy, related muscles, exercises for specific muscles and muscle groups. Plus, there are small videos to demonstrate each exercise. So awesome! It will answer so many of your questions regarding the above topics. Check it out.

the site is unbelievable, all newbies and old school bodybuilders will find a great array of exercises that wld complement their bodies, only glitch is that no workout plan is provided so its a mass of info. BUT a great place to start.
one tip in case u cant find the body part u looking to workout simply do a search its better than trying to figure out the scientific names of the body parts listed.
