ok, ive just come off this workout..
3 x 5 Bench Press
3 x 5 Deadlifts
3 x 10 Squats

and after 3and a half weeks ive gone from
Bench Press - 57kg - 70kg
Deadlift - 65kg- 100kg

and at 176lbs ive deadlifted my bodyweight and more!!!
and im nearly benching my bodyweight also

im moving from that routine because it was mainly to increase my strength levels and my workout next week is this, because im on a bulking diet and i want the workout to be top notch.

Monday - Push
3 x 5 Bench Press -
3 x 10 Incline Dumbbell Press -
3 x 10 Dips -
3 x 5 Military Press -
3 x 10 Tricep Extensions -

Wednesday - Pull
3 x 5 Deadlifts -
3 x 10 Pullups -
3 x 5 Bent Over Rows -
3 x 10 Barbell Shrugs -
3 x 10 Barbell Curls -

Friday - Legs
5 x 10 Squats
3 x 10 Stiff Leg Deadlift
3 x 15 Calve Raises
3 x 15 Shin Raises

what a great sendoff tho!! im pleased next weight lifting goal is to bench my bodyweight by the end of April or earlier, and to reach 13 and a half to 14 stone of a clean bulk by the middle of may, and go on a cutting phase ready for summer.

Mikey
