OK so, i weigh 11st 5lb which is 72.5kg, i am only 16 years of age and i see myself as very heavy, what i really want to do is train my abs like crazy and lose the fat on my stomach, does anyone have any REALLY intensive training programs which are really affective after a couple of weeks that could help me with fat loss mainly around the abdominal area, all help is much appreciated

You cant do what you are talking about. No matter how many situps you do its not going to help your fat on the stomach
That is all about cardio and diet

You will need to diet and loose some bodyfat. Doing abb work will not burn the fat at just your stomach. Your body will burn fat from all over your body not from one specific place.

It's like this, to loose weight you eat less calories than you use and to gain weight you eat more calories than you use.

Best thing to do is cut down on any junk food you eat and eat more fruit and veg.

actually i would avoid fruits on a cut, but yes the diet is going to be the most productive in bf loss, and like Kaboomey said, Cardio!!

Summarizing Sam says:

"You can't do what you are talking about b/c you cannot spot reduce fat. In other words, you can't focus on abs and only lose weight on your stomach. You must lose overall bodyfat. You do this through training, diet, and cardio."

Your abs are like any muscle they will grow if you give them the proper attention. However if you have a nice layer of fat sitting on top of them you will simply look bigger (fatter). Train them but put in the diet and cardio work as everyone has said then they will start to show up

yea i agree, grapefruit would be good, there is some good evidence on grapefruit and its ability to help with fat loss, read something somewhere about it aiding the effects of the ECA stack, would have to look it up on google to be positive though
