abs are visible at roughly 10% or so. With you at 16% that means you are going to have to lose about 18lbs of fat. I would say that 2 months is not possible for that fat loss. At a pound a week or so, that's 18 weeks.

I would read the sticky above and figure out a real diet. Then I would stop doing abs so often. Then I would look into HIIT cardio. Then I would see about a proper split.

Cheers,
m

^prbly not.
at leasst the second one is better than the Hollywood Got a Movie Shoot starting in a few days Crash diet. But not there yet.

Dinner looks the best, but I dont think you know how to add servings.
1 Egg=6g protein, give that it is not a Jumbo egg. 6x6=36, and 6peices of cheese is not that much protein, dont know how you got to 85g of Protein for breakfast.'
A regular can of tuna is 2.5servings, at i believe 13g of protein, so 13x2.5=32.5, that is unless you are buying the big bulk cans.
how many scoops of protein are you using to get a 100g of Protein Shake, damn that is a lot.

Also
When trying to cut protein bars are not by far the best option for food.

Your Calculation is right but for the protein its 1 scoops 30 grams also i mix it with milk which has like 7.5 grams of protein.Do you think i should just swap the protein bar and have 3 scoops of peanut butter instead.ima take a wild guess here before i check out HawaiinPrides link im not getting enough carbohydrates.

You seem to be confused as to what anything really is.

I suggest you buy this book. Read it front to back then reevaluate your diet.

Good luck

Do you want the abs only or do you want all the other muscles that go with it? If you do cut down on cardio. As for your diet everyone else pretty much summed it up

Yeah that diet won't get you to your goals. Seriously read the friggin link!!!!!!!! Also, "grease and oatmeal" and that accumulates to 85 grams of protein??? Dude it sounded like you pulled numbers out of your ass, with all due respect. You want that physique you will have to work for it.

Arnold Legs sucked lol sorry for all of u Arnold fans (I am one of them too) Ever heard of squats ? Yea and if that guy is at 2% bf I bet that HP's turtle will win Mr Olympia next year.
Check that link you want to aim for a loss of 1-2 lbs/week anything more and you will loose too much muscle that means eating about 500 calories less than maintenance add 2-3 sessions of HIIT with your normal lifting workouts and you should be fine

alright im kinda confused on some of this stuff ill try to lay out the basics...

1. actors have the best in the business working for them. ryan reynolds is in incredible shape, but hes probably paying a trainer/nuritionist 50k+ for that. also, he has all the time in the world to train
2. diet alone is not sufficient for weight/fat loss. you need to first get your macro levels down, and go on a weight training program that will suit your lifestyle and goals. for example, situps alone will not do much. you need to do compound exercises and train every muscle group
3. losing bodyfat has alot to do with heart rate. you can ride a bike for 3 hours and do less good then something like a HIIT program
4. nothing comes easy or quickly. it takes (natural) bodybuilders a very long time to achieve goals. you need a long term plan, good willpower, and the right mindset to do this.

good luck, and continue researching

So i bought the superpump250 hoping to go from 16%-14% in a month and a half.i need to find out what is used for fat burning i sweat alot when i took omega 6 or omega 3 fatty acids not sure which one i should purchase but it really speeds up my metabolism i think after 3 months i will be down to 12-13 percent.I was convinced by hawaiinpride not to do any steroids.thank god i didnt cause if i did i wouldnt have the physique i want i would of ruined it.since im 20 years old im thinking of doing a 80mg for 6 weeks of anavar cycle and HGH for PCT.I dont wanna go on clenbuterol because my friend was injecting it before had a big jug of clear water like substance and he has really bad shakes after that he started stuttering alot

. Just stop, forget everything you think you know about diet and probably training too, it's just straight wrong. Supplements aren't gonna do **** for fat loss for the most part. Judging by your lack of knowledge I'd guess you just started working out. Supps should be used 6 months after you start lifting and drugs ohhh let's see 3-5 years? HGH ha good luck affording that, overall the drugs are a HORRIBLE IDEA!

Workout for a couple years then see if it's worth it. Ryan Reynolds looks like a starving Ethiopian. The lack of lats creates the illusion of zero size, because of his lack of width.

You eat 6 meals a day, there are no snacks. You really wanna just get skinny fast- do the ketogenic diet, probably your best bet. I think you need to read up bro, and a lot too before even considering performance enhancers. Bad idea
