Would it be okay if i did biceps on back day but not triceps on chest days? i found that my biceps responded better training them after back but was afraid that it would cause my arms to be disproportionate as i would be technically hitting my triceps twice a week...

That's fine man u won't be disproportionate. Just trains tris with shoulders or something. Most people train tris with chest or shoulders or ona day by itself with bis but since u r doing bis and back u can do shoulders and tri or something of the sort. Just make sure u don't just stick t that switch it up. Hit them with chest sometimes, hit them with back. Just keep switching it up never stay the same
