muscle milk crap, just throw it away and start taking
100% whey or any other whey u got 1 and half scoop after ur workout right away.
(if u want the scientific explanation of that use the search) basically in two words it digasts the quickest and absorbs into ur muscles/body whatever the quieckest and with some dextrose after workout u fill ur glycogen as needed. after the workout our body is in a weak situation, he needs his fuel and quick, to prevent the catabolic situation we use whey. and some simple carbs.
good luck and dont push urself too hard. u can still eat some pizzas etc at the end of the weekend dont be like me...
