i need to know if im big or not

im only 15 , these are one rep maxes

bench:225
deadlift:385
squat:300

ten reps

lat pull down:150
tricep pushdown:120

i need help i want to bodybuild

i take ABB Ripped Force before i work out ,
the right after i take muscle milk,
then 30 minutes after i take EAS whey protien


if someone could point me in the direction , ya know if i take good stuff or not , and i would like to know if im big for a 15 year old , i wiegh 204.8
i need a good ab work out.

we need pictures before we can tell if you're big or not..impressive numbers for a 15 year old though, and i'd skip the muscle milk and have whey right after a workout

Hey bro, this is like the 4th thread you've made about the same thing. Just calm down and wait for an answer. Do some research in the mean time.

Muscle milk is shit. 2 scoops has 18grams of saturated fat!! Cool name, terrible rip off product.

anyways for 15 take it easy, study a lot about the nutrional part... thats the most important thing to do right now.

and i agree about that muscle milk crap, just throw it away and start taking 100% whey or any other whey u got 1 and half scoop after ur workout right away.

(if u want the scientific explanation of that use the search) basically in two words it digasts the quickest and absorbs into ur muscles/body whatever the quieckest and with some dextrose after workout u fill ur glycogen as needed. after the workout our body is in a weak situation, he needs his fuel and quick, to prevent the catabolic situation we use whey. and some simple carbs.

good luck and dont push urself too hard. u can still eat some pizzas etc at the end of the weekend dont be like me...

the only supplements you should be taking is creatine, glutamine and whey...that's it...don't try to mess with anything else.

I disagree with this, those are the big three but there are plenty of other important supplements for a healthy bodybuilding diet.

We have a search button in the upper right hand corner of the page. Try searching post workout nutrition, weight gain shake, etc. This will help.

I was told by a bodybuilder that goes to my gym that at my age (17), I should only consume those supplements and a good multivitamin pack. And the person who started this thread is younger than me. What other supplements are essential or a healthy bodybuilding diet at my age??? Now I'm getting confused...
