I have just started my new job doing carpentry and koinery and its quite a physical job and i was wondering if anyone could suggest any plans to avoid overtraining... thanks

oh ok thanks so taking one serving of weight gainer per day would probably be a good idea then

During the summer, I have a very similar work style. What worked well for me was AM workouts before work (which ensured I didn't lift at the end of the day when I was dead tired which can result in poor form and injury). I also, and I think this is more important, ate like a pig! I was eating pretty clean, and I was taking in twice what I take in during the winter.

i will eat more but i dont have the opportunity to train before work so i will have to see how how it goes
