What's your arm routine look like. It's pretty normal to train a body part from time to time and not get as much blood flow in the muscle as your used to. Your still getting hypertrophy in. Same applies to DOMS on a muscle the next day, just because it isn't sore doesn't mean you didn't get it worked the day before.

isolation exercises
This way you cant cheat and the bicep is doing all the work and no other muscle comes into play.
personally i like machine preachers with moderate weight and high reps.

Biceps are probably most common "unpumpable" muscle after time. When you go regularly, BB'ers tend to have a hard time getting sore in the biceps.

I would suggest what has already been said, and I would also suggest doing some supersets. One of my fav's is regular supinating DB curls (sitting or standing) with DB hammer curls.

Personally, i think the term "pump" is a cliche. Yes, you need the mind-muscle connection, but just b/c you don't have a pump doesn't mean you aren't working the muscle --- as HP eluded to.

Like others said isolation exercises however I would say its important to really get a strong contraction at the top of each curl. I personally always begin my work out with machine preachers. I really squeeze the bicep hard at the top of the curl and usually after three sets I'm already feeling really good blood flow and thats after only one excercise.

ya negatives really do wonders for strength gains too (at least for bench i notice it). try supersets as well, something called x-rep... i read about it on bb.com and tried it, liked the feeling from it.

IMO its because the Bis are used very often in daily activity and are use to alot of abuse. I find it hard to get a bi pump too and there never sore. But as said above that dosent meen your not working it.

My suggestion is to stop doing whatever you are doing and try the opposite. If you're doing seated preacher curls, change to standing cheat curls. If you're doing standing BB curls, switch to concentration curls. If you're doing 3 sets of 10 DB curls, do 8, 10, 12, 14 drop sets.

Meh.. I don't know. If anything I'd think you may be compensating with your shoulders. I know a lot of people who swing weights up and all their doing is messing with their front delt

Try standing with your back to a wall or something keeping your arms on or as close to the wall as possible, keeps the movement restricted, but then again i find if i am too strict on the movement it does less for me, heavy weight and a little but of body movement, nothing crazy but a little helps me get what pump i can. OH!!!! Try Reverse barbell curls, they burn like hell, lol
