He's doing it wrong. When you do reverse EZ bar curls, you don't let the bar spin. I'm not being sarcastic either...

y do people roll their sleeves up like that i hate seeing that at my gym it s like whats the point. i'm just wondeing thats all . but whats the differnce in the pinky up. seems like it would hurt the wrist. i would rather grip it fully seems like u would get more out of it huh

hmm cant say as i have ever seen anyone use that particular technique before,, i suppose since your not going to be able to use heavy poundages it should`nt put to much strain on your wrists,,
i would think that using all your fingers would produce more grip strength than just using 2 fingers though.
