im new on the legs workout

i gym 3 days a week(monday,wednesday and friday). i wanna try to do legs bout 2 days a week. right now im like johnny bravo and my friends tell me im top heavy or big top and small bottom. i need a workout to build mass quickly overall
thighs,calves and butt.

PS....i gotta a pic but yall will hav to pm me and i will post it on bodybuilding.com or if u know anywhere on this site i can post my pic tell me.

squat suqat and squat till you puke .. don't forget doing lunges .. even leg press and hack squat are very good .. for hams stiffed deadlift and any curl movments .. and for calfs .. seated and standing or any calfs exersice .. and at last but not at least .. it's all depand on your genetics

thats set baby u can also try front squats and hams squats..

Yep, stick to barbell squats like what q80 and Fahad said and your legs will grow like a weed. You'll see the benefits form working your legs and a big + to you for doing your legs twice a week, that takes balls of steel. Good job kid.

2 timees a week, i couldnt do it. if i do that i would walk the whole week with muscle soreness in my quads
