lateral rasises with assorted kitchen food items, bulgarian squats, lunges, push ups with varying hand placments, skull crushers using the couch, chair dips, chair push ups, door jam pull ups, etc. Make use of anything you can find.

I like that one,

Be creative, pushups, pullups, dips between the stairs or kitchen counter tops (whatever you can find) Do an upside down hand stand and lean against the wall and do shoulder presses like that.

Sounds absolutly lame walking around the house doing exercises. Trying to impress your girl?

I would just visit a local gym... Damn boy!

Yeah, I agree with pumpingiron after reading this thread again. Why not just go to the gym?

And as a side note, getting a good pump doesn't always mean that you got a good workout. Because curling 10lb. dumbbells for 200 reps will give you a good pump, but will it build any muscle? Not really. Let us know if you have any questions.
