As far as your question, I don't know if I understand what you're asking. You mean to say that the equipment to work out your back is too far away from the equipment for your other exercises? I think it's OK to breach the timing protocol a little bit if your weights are that far apart. I certainly wouldn't leave out the second biggest muscle group because of it. |
