Hey everyone, wasn't sure where to post this so I figured this would be most appropriate. I have been training for about 3 years now, and a while back my elbow would pop as a result of doing triceps exercises. That was back when I first started, I just kept going until one day I could not stand the pain. I laid off a little bit on those exercises, but every time I do triceps exercises to this hday I can still feel some pain in that elbow, and it has been about 2 yrs since. My basic question is: should I go see a doctor? Or just try different exercises that don't hurt? Thanks. |
