Do many people here train 5 days a week?

I'm currently doing a 4 day split, but I'd prefer a serperate day for calves, hopefully allowing the weekend for sufficient rest.

I'm way too exhausted after Squats and SLDL's to get a good calf workout in.

Most people I know do 5 days a week. You must go pretty hardcore on them quads and hams to not have any juice at all left to even fit calves in there buddy.
