u dont need to be working out ur bicep 3 times a week like that. do them on tuesdays with ur back and do a total of about 9 sets. Ur biceps only make up 33% of ur arm so it doesnt need much volume to grow
Ur tricep is the majority of the arm so that requires a little bit more workout. I would also just forget about ur "arm day" and work chest and tris, then back and bis the next day..those 2 workouts will give u a nice "arm" workout |
