Hi guys, Im trying to become an officer in the marine corps and one of the exercises on the physical fitness test is 100 situps in 2 minutes for the max score. I can do about 75 now before I tire. Any advise on how to achieve more?

Train your hip flexors and increase the strength of your lower back.

Hip flexors do all the work in the situp, and they pull on the spine, so a strong lower back is important.
