Which routines are the best, I mean I can understand the difference between DB bench press and BB bench press but don't they both work the same parts of the body, nonetheless?

They work the same muscles. You can pick the the one you like and do that or alternate them. Some people swap and do db one week and bb the other week or you could spend a few months on bb then a few months on db.
There is not a big difference between the two and certainly will not make or break your training routine.

Do both. 1-2 weeks of one, 1-2 of the other. Always nice to switch things up, and this is a great way to go about doing that.

They work the same muscles yes, but with dbs you work more of the stabilizers and it provides a better way to even up imbalances in strength and mass in different body parts

Zack, I can never argue with you, what can I say, great minds think alike

Agreed plus DBs train in a wider arc.

BBs however are more useful for squats and deadlifts.

In addition to what Zack said it's good to switch between the two to prevent plateaus. One helps your strength with the other.
