new routine need advice

right now im doin a 3 day split but i dont wich routine to choose this one:

day1:
chest
shoulders
tri`s

day3:
legs

day5:
back
bi´s
traps

or this one:

Monday: Chest & Biceps
Tuesday: Back & Triceps
Wednesday: Muscular Recovery
Thursday: Shoulders (inc traps)
Friday: Legs & Abdominals (core)
Saturday: Muscular Recovery
Sunday: Repeat weakest body part (optional)

what do u think im bulking by the way
