abuse even.

I was always a fat kid but as I got older I found I was also strong
I got into weights and loved it.

but stayed chubby but got alot stronger
then I tried BFL

and finally figured out playing with carbs and water I could change my shape
I got really fit
modified their system closer to a BB one

everything was going great then ....
than I just quit I think I just got burned out on all the eating and training
and fell off bad. donuts burgers, smoking

the worse shape I got the less I wanted to start back

now I've been living like this for 2 yrs
and I'm really out of shape
looking and feeling like crap.

how and where do I start back
how can I start back

any advice is appreciated

I played college football. I had to take a year off from lifting I was so burnt out. One day, I just said "ok, im going to start". I also have an extremely supportive wife. I found it helpful to diet for a good 2-3 weeks before going to the gym, just to get my mind right. Also, read my sig. Best of luck to you, Thats a horrible spot to be in.

i know how u feel, everyone here has their days that they feel like the wanna quit, but u have to find motivation, and mine is watching all the preview videos to get me pumped up for the next workout and i have a goal also to weigh a certain amount....first i think mayb u cud start joining a gym mayb even possible for a persoanl trainer so they force u to go and just cardio and lift again....dont go into of what u eat at first...let it come slowly and just keep adding a healthy source each day

It's okay we all have downfalls, I used to smoke for 10 years straight, before I got serious with bodybuilding and it changed my life. When you need to, or have to, you will change, so don't sweat it. Slowly make a transition back into working out because doing it all in one day will put you on overdrive. The smoking is something you'll have to come on terms with buy yourself, but quitting is alot easier than I thought. I seriously woke up one day (after a habit of smoking almost two packs a day,) and was disgusted by the smell of smoke, I don't know why but I just quit. Good Luck bro, you'll get there.

I was going thru the same thing about 2 years ago. 6' , 250lbs of fat. I saw a picture of me holding my kid and said holy crap. I have a beautiful wife who didnt need a fatass on her hip. Now 6', 222lbs still got a little spare tire but hey I am happy as hell and live for the pump. I have only been around this site for a little while but these guys seem like they like to have fun and seem really supportive in all that they do. Keep in there dude and pick your head up. Wake up and say f*ck it, Today is the day I kick some ass in the gym.
