It's okay we all have downfalls, I used to smoke for 10 years straight, before I got serious with bodybuilding and it changed my life. When you need to, or have to, you will change, so don't sweat it. Slowly make a transition back into working out because doing it all in one day will put you on overdrive. The smoking is something you'll have to come on terms with buy yourself, but quitting is alot easier than I thought. I seriously woke up one day (after a habit of smoking almost two packs a day,) and was disgusted by the smell of smoke, I don't know why but I just quit. Good Luck bro, you'll get there. |
